Cartalax
Cartalax is about as small as a peptide gets: three amino acids, alanine-glutamate-aspartate. It belongs to a line of work on ultrashort peptides, whose claim is that a sequence this short can be carried into a cell and shift which genes that cell reads — here, the chondrocytes that build cartilage. That is the whole argument for selling it for joint comfort and stiffness. Two references are on file, and the one carrying the record's tier is a systematic review of peptide effects on gene expression in general, not a trial of Cartalax in people with joint pain.
